Our Senior Management, Concierge and Security teams are all trained in aspects of emergency evacuation. If there is an emergency in the building, all residents will communicated as soon as safely possible to do so.
In an emergency situation, we request you act calmly and always follow the direction of staff on site. Staff on site will lead you to the point of safety where possible.
In a medical emergency, most senior staff at Eureka Tower are trained in Level 2 First Aid. They will do their utmost to assist. If you require an ambulance please call 000 immediately. Then inform our Concierge or Night Security Supervisor so they can ensure the ambulance team is directed to the apartment.
