There is a reverse cycle air conditioning system in your apartment. It is the responsibility of each owner to maintain and repair their own air conditioning/heating unit to ensure damage caused by leaking air conditioning units is minimized.
Eureka Tower has an agreement with David Couper Air Conditioning to service the air conditioning systems on an annual basis. We recommend owners take up this opportunity when notified. If you are a tenant in the building, please contact your agent so they can obtain permission from the landlord as required.
